Property Transfer Deed

Found on the Architect, the Property Transfer Deed will transfer all your belongings to the person named on the deed.

• Purchase the deed and fill it out. Specify how many days of not logging in before the deed can be activated by your friend.
• Give the deed to your friend. GMs will not find it for you.
• Before activating the deed, make sure you have enough room in your backpack.
• Upon activation, all the items in their bank box will be transferred to your backpack. If you do not have enough room, you do not get a second chance.
• All houses they own will put you as a friend of the house and you will be given a key. Coordinates for the house will be on the key. You can now remove anything from their house, however, any locked containers remain locked and you will not be given a key for them. The house will fall into a state of decay and will be foreclosed upon. No gold will be returned.
• When finished, the property transfer deed will be placed in their bank box as proof they gave away their items.
